Hi, I'm Jess!  AKA "The Nourished Mama".  I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, health food store owner of 6 years, happiness advocate and mama of 2 littles.  After having my first baby, I was exhausted and felt incredibly drained both mentally and physically.  I knew that what I was putting into my body wasn't helping, that it was affecting my energy levels and mental wellness but the thought of spending time cooking "Good-For-Us" meals seemed incredibly daunting.  I had no more time to give.

After much trial and error, I came up with a way of eating that not only nourishes my family and I without spending hours in the kitchen, it gives me the energy I need to keep up with my little ones and has greatly improved my mental health.  I've created "The Nourished Mama Wellness Program" for other busy, stressed and tired mamas just like me in the hopes that it can help you do the same.  From this Program, I started connecting with other mums and many of them were also struggling with not only their own nutrition, but also their children's.  They were struggling with everything from food rejection, to throwing food, to "picky eating", getting their littles to eat anything resembling a vegetable and everything in between.  Which is why, I decided to also create "The Nourished Toddler Program" - a Program designed to create succesful Meal Times with your toddlers and covers all of those tough topics using evidence-based research.
